94. Tag - Lüfterachse / Fan Shaft

Es hilft ja nichts, ich muss noch mal den Lüfter ausbauen um das Problem mit der Feststellschraube zu lösen. Die kleine Schraube vibriert sich leider immer wieder los. Wenn sich diese kleine Schraube löst, dreht der Lüfter die Lüfterachse in den Spannhebel und klemmt den Lüfter fest. Dann kocht das Kühlwasser im Stand, wie gestern an der Tankstelle.
It does not help, I have to remove the fan again to solve the problem with the locking screw. Unfortunately the small screw vibrates loose again and again. If this small screw loosens, the fan turns the fan shaft into the clamping lever and clamps the fan. Then the cooling water boils while standing, like yesterday at the gas station.

Mein Plan ist es in die Achse ein kleines Sackloch zu bohren, in das die Schraube dann eingreift. Ich hoffe, dass die Feststellschraube dann besser hält.
My plan is to drill a small blind hole in the axle, in which the screw then engages. I hope that the locking screw will then hold better.

Wenn das nicht hilft, ist das auch nicht so schlimm. Die Achse muss ich eh austauschen. Zum einen ist das Gewinde am Ende kaputt. Auf dieses Gewinde wird der Spannhebel und der Schmiernippel geschraubt. Für den Spannhebel ist das Gewinde noch gut. Der Schmiernippel hält aber nicht mehr. Bei intaktem Gewinde, würde der Schmiernippel als Kontermutter dienen. Ich glaube, dass die Feststellschraube auch gar nicht original ist.
If that doesn't help, that's not so bad either. I have to replace the axle anyway. First of all the thread at the end is broken. The tension lever and the grease nipple are screwed onto this thread. For the tension lever the thread is still good. But the grease nipple does not hold anymore. If the thread is intact, the grease nipple would serve as a lock nut. I believe that the locking screw is not original.

Außerdem ist die Lüfterachse stark eingelaufen. Bei der nächsten Teilelieferung gibt es eine neue.

Wenn die Achse erneuert wird, könnte ich auch die beiden Messinglager im Lüfter erneuern.

Das war jetzt nur eine kleine Reparatur. Danach ging es gleich wieder auf die Straße.
