90. Tag - Regnerischer Herbsttag / Rainy Autumn Day

Zuerst der Tankcheck: Der Tank ist oben und unten trocken und der Benzinstand hat sich nicht verändert. Wunderbar!
First the tank check: The tank is dry on top and bottom and the fuel level has not changed. Wonderful!

Heute morgen hat noch die Sonne geschienen, doch jetzt fängt es an zu regnen. Aber es ist mit 14°C noch schön warm. Also ein wunderbarer Tag zum Model-T fahren und sich über ein Auto mit Dach zu freuen. Auch wenn ich keine Seitenplanen montiert habe, bleibe ich immer schön trocken. Auch der Scheibenwischer funktioniert gut, auch wenn ich ihn selten benutze.

Hier ein Video von der Fahrt. Am Ende sieht man, wie die Bremse vor der Ampel blockiert und der Wagen etwas ausbricht.
This morning the sun was still shining, but now it starts to rain. But with 14°C it is still nice and warm. So a wonderful day to drive to the Model-T and to be happy about a car with a roof. Even though I did not mount any side tarpaulins, I always stay nice and dry. Also the windshield wiper works well, even if I use it rarely.

Wieder angekommen kontrolliere ich noch mal den Tank. Etwas Benzin ist doch das Entlüftungsloch des Deckels gekommen. Jetzt macht die Badenwannenform des Deckels auch Sinn. Das Benzin kann so nicht am Tank runterlaufen. Die Unterseite des Tanks ist trocken.
I check the tank again. Some gasoline came through the vent hole of the cap. Now the bathtub shape of the lid makes sense. The gasoline cannot run down the tank. The bottom of the tank is dry.
