Jetzt geht es dem Ölverlust an den Kragen. Es gibt den Ölverlust am Getriebeausgang. Da das Öl zwischen dem Kugelgehäuse und dem Kardan austritt, ist die undichte Stelle wohl das hintere Hauptlager. Daran kann ich erst mal nicht viel ändern, ohne den Motor oder zumindest die Antriebswelle auszubauen. Den zur Zeit in Reparatur befindlichen Motor, lasse ich aber lieber mit einem abgedichteten Kugellager ausstatten. Das ist zwar nicht original, einen solchen Ölverlust finde ich aber ist auch nicht akzeptabel.
Beim Versuch die 4 Schrauben des Kugelgehäuses anzuziehen, habe ich das Gefühl, dass die Schrauben nicht mehr richtig greifen. Vielleicht sollte ich die Gewinde auf das nächst größere metrische Maß schneiden.

Aber Öl tritt nicht nur an der Antriebswelle aus, sondern auch entlang der Dichtung der Ölwanne zum Motorblock. Dieser Ölverlust ist mehr geworden.

Ich ziehe alle Schrauben der Ölwanne nach und bin erstaunt, dass sich jede Schraube mehr als eine Umdrehung nachdrehen läßt. Vermutlich ist das zusätzlich zur Abdichtung genutzte Silikon der Grund.

Die erste Probefahrt zeigt aber noch nicht den gewünschten Erfolg. Noch immer tritt Öl an der Ölwanne aus. Der Wagen bleibt jetzt erst mal in der Werkstatt, bis das Problem zufriedenstellend gelöst ist.
